Vivace Piano provides in studio or in home private piano lessons for students of all ages. Have your home-school student learn the foundation of music through piano performance. Lessons start at 45min and 60min sessions in the early afternoons. Please contact for details.

This is a group program that integrates keyboard, creative movement, rhythm, singing, ear training, sight reading, music theory and composition in a fun environment. Different levels for ages 2 to 9. Kim Bowman, teacher, is nationally and state certified, which satisfies music requirements.

Seattle Shakespeare Company
This Spring, Seattle Shakespeare Company offers its first-ever home school Shakespeare classes! Whether you’re interested in studying plays, performing in scenes, or learning acting skills for Shakespeare, we have an option for you. Check out our offerings, pass this along to other home school parents and groups, and double-check the enrollment deadlines for our spring selection of workshops!
Register soon, because each session has a minimum number of students needed for it to take place, and a maximum enrollment limit! These classes are for ages 8-18, and we will be grouping and pairing students of similar ages and ability during the activities.

Seattle Shakespeare Company
Spring Home School classes are now open for enrollment for two Intro to Acting Shakespeare classes (one for 7-11, one for 12-17), a class on Masks and masked acting, and a full-day intensive around our spring play, "The Merry Wives of Windsor." All classes will take place in the Seattle Center House, and cost between $25-40.

Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is an after-school theater arts training program for students ages 4 - 18. CYT is a non-profit 501(c)(3) educational organization funded primarily through its tuition, ticket sales and outside contributions.
Every session (fall, winter and spring) CYT offers theater arts classes for children as an after-school activity. Each local program conducts three ten-week sessions throughout the school year, teaching drama, voice, dance and a broad spectrum of specialty theatrical workshops at weekly two-hour classes. Enrolled students have the opportunity to work behind the scenes, or audition and perform on stage in a Broadway-style musical performed for the community.
