Christian Youth Theater - Fredericksburg
Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is an after-school theater arts training program for students ages 4 - 18. CYT is not affiliated with a church body, and people of all faiths are welcome. Every session (fall, winter and spring) CYT offers theater arts classes for children. Each CYT across the country conducts three independent ten-week sessions throughout the school year, teaching drama, voice, dance and a broad spectrum of specialty theatrical workshops at weekly two-hour classes. Enrolled students have the opportunity to work behind the scenes, or audition and perform on stage in a Broadway-style musical performed for the community.

Timothy Judd has been a member of the Richmond Symphony since 2002. He is a graduate of the Eastman School of Music, where he earned the degrees Bachelor of Music and Master of Music. Mr. Judd studied with Anastasia Jempelis, one of the pioneers of the Suzuki Method in the United States.

Christian Youth Theater - Richmond
Christian Youth Theater (CYT) is an after-school theater arts training program for students ages 4 - 18. Since its founding in 1981 in San Diego, CYT has grown to be the largest youth theater in the nation and is a non-profit 501(c)3 educational organization funded primarily through its tuition, ticket sales, and outside contributions. CYT Richmond is one of many CYT affiliates across the country training thousands of students each year and is a licensee of CCT/CYT (Christian Community Theater, located in San Diego, CA). It has been operating for the past 8 years with an extremely positive influence on the Richmond community. Kids and families LOVE it.

Peninsula Children's Chorus Openings and Auditions
The Peninsula Children's Chorus provides students with an opportunity to participate in high-quality choral ensembles that foster creativity, personal expression, social growth, and a lifetime love of music and the arts. The Peninsula Children's Chorus meets every Tuesday night at the Vineyard Christian Fellowship Center. PCC will be auditioning new members for the 2010-11 school year beginning in September. However, pre-registration will begin in July and continue through August 31, 2010. Any child that is interested in joining the choir in the fall is encouraged to pre-register to insure a spot in the choir. The Peninsula Children's Chorus is open to all students in grades 1-12 from public, private and home schools. No experience is necessary, only a desire to make new friends and beautiful music.

Fairfax Home School Football
Fairfax Home School Kings Football is offering full contact football for high school aged home school boys aged 13-18 in Northern Virginia. We compete with against several Home/Private Christian School football programs in the Washington DC metro area.

King George
Homeschool PE classes
King George Family YMCA offering PE classes for homeschooled children on Mondays and Thursdays from 1-2pm. Class is FREE for YMCA Members and $6 per child, per class for Non Members.

Richmond/Quinton
Fox Pointe Farm IEA Equestrian Team Ages 11-19
Upper and Middle School Equestrian Sports Program. Fox Pointe Farm of Quinton, VA has a upper and middle school equestrian team with member openings for the 2010-2011 season! Unique opportunity for "horseless" equestrians, all levels of riders welcome. Train on the quality schooling horses, only personal riding gear needed. Team member eligibility is primarily ages 11 through 19, or grades 6-12. The season is September through April, students practice twice weekly and compete a minimum of 3 - maximum of 6 times per season.
