Tal and Allison Birdsey are two English teachers offering writing guidance to homeschoolers on your schedule. For those truly interested in writing, they will guide you through creating a personal essay, writing fiction pieces, developing a solid analytical or factual essay, or presenting your best self in a College Application essay. Tutorials can happen in person (we are in Ripton in Central Vermont) or online anywhere.

Classical Conversations Communities exist to complement your home-centered education and connect you with like-minded families. Each community is facilitated by a trained parent-director, and classes are led by trained parent-tutors who model the classical tools of learning. Tutors have the privilege of encouraging students toward becoming lifelong learners while also encouraging parents in the classical teaching of their children.

American Sign Language Classes! Learn a fantastic, hands-on second language. Classes for children 0-3 and 3-8 with their parents/caregivers. Classes offered in various locations around the Upper Valley of Vermont and New Hampshire, as well as in-home "playgroup" style. This can constitute a "foreign language" in curriculum development for homeschoolers!! Classes are fun for everyone with games, activities, and great music!
