Upper Arlington Christian Homeschoolers (UACH)
A Christian co-op offering classes, field trips, standardized testing, fun, and support for homeschooling families in the Central Ohio area. Membership opens in May and again in November for new members. See website for details.

Upper Arlington Christian Homeschoolers
Upper Arlington Christian Homeschoolers (UACH) was formed in the mid-1990s. The purpose of the UACH co-op is to support and encourage parents in their homeschooling effort as they endeavor to disciple their children to the glory of God. The group offers twice-monthly classes or optional weekly classes that emphasize group activities to complement our home schooling endeavors.

Linworth Road Academy
LRA is a Columbus Ohio Christian cooperative homeschool support group. As a ministry of Linworth Road Church, LRA is rich with inspired and enthusiastic teachers leading ideal-sized group classes for students K-Middle School. Growth opportunities abound through field trips, group activities, special events, and so much more! LRA Group classes meet on the first three Fridays from 9 to noon during the months of September through April. Partial or full memberships currently available- varied commitment levels in which to choose.

Veritas Academy
Veritas Academy, as a study center, fosters a vital partnership between the academy and the home-- where parents and teachers work together to create a climate in which students can grow in knowledge, character, and faith. Veritas Academy was established in 1995 as a private, Christian school committed to providing a classical and biblically based education to young people in primary and secondary grade levels.

A Homeschool Alternative. CFS is a daily classroom homeschool co-op, meeting in Macedonia, Ohio.

Christian Home Educators Co-op
CHEC is an organization comprised of Christian homeschooling families, having the intent and purpose of promoting Christian homeschooling and providing support, resources, activities, and Christian fellowship to its members. CHEC is open to Christian families who are homeschooling at least one child K5 or older effective September of said school year.

Salvation Army Homeschool Fellowship Meeting co-op
Co-op meeting for homeschoolers 2nd, 3rd and 4th Friday of the month: 1-3 PM. Adults must offer to lead of assist a class for children to take part. A monthly theme and fellowship, held at the Salvation Army on Mahoning Ave in Austintown, Ohio

Veritas Academy
Veritas Academy seeks to provide a classical christian education for homeschooled students. The curriculum as a whole is rigorous and stresses literary excellence along with sound reasoning in the Biblical and Western tradition. We provide students an intellectual challenge that will prepare them to both proclaim and defend the faith. Veritas classes meet two-three days per week at the Linworth Road Baptist Church in Worthington, Ohio. We offer a full sports program including basketball, soccer, and volleyball. The Polished Child
The Polished Child offers etiquette and life skill development for youth. Children will learn the importance of using proper etiquette in all aspects of their lives. Each class session will focus on a different utensil and aspect of dining, as well as proper introductions, the four components of a perfect thank-you note, how to make a great first impression, posture, active listening, making effective presentations, shaking hands, telephone and safety skills, and conversational skills. Food is served in an elegant setting at 5 out of the 6 class sessions - culminating in a first class five course dinner, during which each child will demonstrate their new skills, as well as make a one minute presentation to the group. The final class is the parent wrap-up and graduation.

The Sprouted Acorn
A private project designed for the mentoring of homeschooled students by artists, writers, tradesmen and others from Holmes County and the surrounding community. Classes are held in the private residence of a homeschooling family. Classes focus on such things as creative writing, woodworking, fiber arts, drawing, sketching, coopering, foreign languages and more

Homeschool Investigations @ The Dawes Arboretum
Join other home school children,ages 6-10,in exploration of our natural world. The education staff will lead each 90 minute session @ 9 am on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month. Pre-registration required;$3per student.

College Driven's Teen Gavel Club
A new Toastmasters International group named College Driven’s Gavel Club is available to local teenagers. Membership is free and open to all high school teenagers from all communities. The Club will apply the same Toastmasters programs and principles used in helping adults become more competent and comfortable communicators in front of an audience. College Driven hopes students are able to understand the positive benefits such an organization can have on improving their communication and leadership skills. Parents should encourage their high school teens to attend at least one meeting to find out more about the program.

Northeast Ohio Spanish Club and classes for grades 2-8. The club operates September thru May. Classes are taught by a current Magnet School Spanish teacher and homeschool mom. The club meets twice a month for two hours for classes and/or field trips. The Friday classes are held at the Coventry Village Library in Cleveland Heights 1-3pm and the Saturday classes are held in the University Heights Library from 10am-12pm. CC is a national homeschooling program that uses a Bible based curriculum taught in a christian, classical tradition. Classes are geared for age 4 through high school.
