CHEC Homeschool Introductory Seminars
CHEC's professionally-presented introductory seminar meets this need with valuable training and information. The seminar includes video and overhead presentations, and is conducted by veteran home schoolers. Each attendee will receive a syllabus with a copy of the homeschool law and other vital information. There will be an extensive selection of curriculum and academic supplements available for your perusal and purchase, to help you get a good start on your homeschooling journey. The seminar is priced in such a way as to make it available to everyone. The full session (from 9:00 am - 3:00 pm) costs $25. The Homeschooling Introductory Seminar is crucial for those seriously considering homeschooling.

This meetup was created for Christian families in Colorado Springs who have chosen to homeschool their children and for those looking for more information about educating their children at home. Our monthly activities include field trips, curriculum discussion meetings, bible studies, show and tells, and more! There are no membership fees with CoSCHool.

The primary focus of this group is to provide a safe, friendly environment for us to develop friendships and learn in. ACE is a Non-Directed Homeschool Support Group. Because there is no group leader, everyone is welcome and encouraged, to plan activities and provide input into group direction. Our families have children ranging in age from infant through teen. Colorado Classical Educators is a group of South Metro Denver families who are providing their children with a classical education. Most of us are home educators.

Parker Christian Home Educators (PCHE)
Offering wholesome, educational and social activities for our homeschooled children. We provide support, information, and encouraging fellowship for the homeschooling journey, and promote non-government funded, home-centered education. We are Christian parents actively involved in providing a Christ-centered, quality education for our children, spiritually, morally, and academically. We hold our annual planning meeting in May to form an outline of our activities for the next school year.

The Colorado Department of Education (CDE) has provided us two large grants that have been instrumental in giving us the needed funding to expand our resources and database. The Colorado Developmental Disabilities Counsel has given us two grants that allows us to provide FREE childcare to parents attending workshops, trainings or support group functions.

Rocky Mountain Homeschoolers
Families Dedicated to Educational Alternatives Welcome! Rocky Mountain Homeschoolers is a support group for homeschooling families in or near Fort Collins. We offer field trips, get togethers and crafts. We also have a monthly meeting where the children can show and tell about their latest interests, toys, projects, or hobbies.
