  1. Far Above Rubies Review by Tricia Soderstrom
    Pros: Thorough, covers all subjects
Cons: On a CD and you have to print. Can cost quite a bit in ink.

    Grades Used: Multi

I just started using this this year. I’m using along side of another curriculum. I copy and paste assignments every few weeks. Sometimes I modify them for our use. I love it. It gives me a great framework to work with and my kids love it.

If you were to use it the way it was designed you would print off the lessons from the CD and put them in a binder for the student. The student would choose assignments and keep track of which ones they worked through for each Subject. Each assignment has a number that helps the parent tally up how much goes towards credit for each subject for High School. I think it’s great and will probably use it solely for my Middle School student when she is in the 8th grade.

  2. Far Above Rubies Review by Heather Owens
Pros: Comes in CD version that consists of PDF files scanned from the original printed curriculum. These documents are not searchable, but are fully printable. It is complete and unabridged.
